8 Week Hands-Off Plan

Whether you’re an experienced fit fan or you don’t know one end of a squat from a bicep curl every woman needs a cheerleader and coach. From fine tuning to starting from ground zero you’ll get direction, focus and goal-setting to move you forward. Not everyone likes 1-2-1 in person but would like a tailored plan to follow on your own. Plan includes:

  • Fitness consultation to work out your goal

  • Tailored plan (exercise and nutrition) to take away and go for it

  • All exercise plans come with full instructions and demonstrations

  • You may be recommended some extra fitness equipment which can be discussed depending on your goal, eg resistance bands, dumbbells

  • Regular check-ins every week by text to see how it’s going throughout the 8 weeks with coaching tips to tweak or steer you in the right direction
