12 weeks of 1-2-1 personal coaching and support. Includes:
Double fitness consultation - interview and review to work out exactly what your goal is
Tailored workout plan that works with any level of experience, injuries or other conditions that might need accommodating
Full personalised review on your current fitness, fitness routine, sports, lifestyle
Full personalised nutrition review on what’s happening now and where you’d like to be with practical advice on how to achieve it
Weekly hour 1-2-1 coaching sessions in my private garden gym (in central Reigate)
12 Week Hands-Off Plan.
Whether you’re brand new to weights or you already know a squat from a bicep curl you might prefer being given a tailored plan to follow rather than having a face-to-face session. This is great for those women who want coaching and direction and then happy to do it themselves. Includes:
Fitness consultation to work out your goal (questionnaire, food diary to complete and get written recommendations)
Tailored plan (exercise and nutrition) to take away and go for it
Access to me throughout the 12 weeks to ask questions and discuss how your plan is going
Small Group PT Classes
All the benefits of a personalised workout but in a social setting. There’s a maximum of 6 women training together but doing your own workout.
